Gramacho and Pinta are the two courses that form the Carvoeiro Golf Club, and were both designed by the illustrious combination of Ronald Fream & Nick Price. The two courses share some similarities, in that they are both mildly undulating with big bunkers, olive groves and a splash of water protecting them. However there are some distinct differences; Gramacho has 27 different greens, offering the player plenty of variety if playing more than once, whereas Pinta is more of a championship layout. Guests staying at the Pestana hotels in Alvor get greatly reduced rates, and at certain times of the year FREE daily green fees!
